"You know, I was really at a point when we first started working together... where, I was doing okay. I felt like I was managing in the sense that my head was above water. But, but that's not exactly a marker for thriving, right. Like, I was just barely keeping it together. And so I was getting very overwhelmed by different things and, you know, life is crazy. I had work and family and house duties and other things like that that were just, it seems like it was too overwhelming to work through all of it.

And then I would get down on myself for not being able to get it all done and manage all the spinning plates at once and all those things. So I think one of the most useful things that I got was from our visualization exercises and really getting to a point where... I gained a greater ability to sort through the things that really mattered and like where my priorities really were and to forgive myself for the things that didn't get done.

And, so yeah, so since getting pregnant, that's one of those things that I think could have very quickly gotten very overwhelming. And, and affected my mental and emotional health because I would have been like, oh my gosh, now I'm not feeling well. And I have this entire life change to deal with and contemplate. And I still have all these tasks to do... And I could totally see that as being something that could take me down in the past and instead.

Wow, did I prioritize well. And it was just like a complete shift in my life because I, I, from finding out, you know, that we were expecting and then being like, okay, this is the priority. I am the priority. I need to take care of my body. I need, to take care of myself and this baby.
And again, it was just like, everything else kind of fell into place. Like my balance of all of those things fell into place.

And my alignment was just like, I know exactly where I need to be at what time. I know exactly what I need to be doing for myself. And then everything else I ended up getting done without too much stress.

So it has just really helped tremendously, you know, and that was not necessarily like timing that we expected when you and I were working, but it ended up being really, really perfectly timed out because it really helped throughout that process, that transition.

"Getting to know my unconscious mind has been mega really has been. I mean, I talk about you most of all the people that, that I've had coaching from the one name that comes out of my mouth a lot is and Coach Liz says this. Coach Liz says that. And in this three day format as well. Cause I was, I was concerned about that. I'm like, I don't do six hours of anything anymore. I do two hours and then I go do something else and then I might do two hours, but actually that's what we've done here."

"And clearing out all those, those old emotions and old beliefs. And all that stuff that gets done to you when you're a child and you put your own interpretation on that and you carry that with you... My favourite part was... for a long, long time, I've resented my Mum. The things that she put in me and I really was answered that and just like bringing them back together. Cause my Mum and Dad, they were the world to each other. They really were. I life had my mom over here and my dad's there. It's like shining mum's off over there. So just to be able to bring them back together as like one is like, that's, that's really nice."
